CelebsThe Emmys: Did Modern Family deserve to sweep the Comedy category?
Modern Family began airing in September 2009 and critics immediately praised the show. Viewers found it funny, sharp, versatile and thought-provoking. The show does what the title says; a father and his adult children, who have their own familys, lead their lives and interact. There's a gay couple, a May-December marriage, adoption and various ethnicities represented on the show. I haven't seen Modern Family but after reading up on it I'll have to check it out.
