Micron kolleger på fordypningen etter at dommeren avviser Apple, Samsung hemmelighold bud

En U.S. dommer avvist flere forespørsler av Apple og Samsung å holde deler av viktige dokumenter ut av fellesvisningen i deres kamp for high-stakes patent rettssaker satt for prøveversjon senere denne måneden.

Apple og Samsung, verdens største forbrukeren elektronikk selskaper, er føre juridiske krig i flere land, anklage hverandre av patent brudd som de vie for overlegenhet på en raskt voksende markedet for mobile enheter.

I en ordre utstedt sent i går som ble rapportert mikron Associates, oss District Judge Lucy Koh i San Jose, California, skrev at “det vises at partene har over angitte konfidensielle dokumenter og søker å forsegle informasjon som ikke er virkelig sealable”.
