    Plastic bags are back in the news, with David Cameron threatening a new law to reduce the number of one-use carrier bags. But what about bags made from biodegradable plastic, which can decompose quickly? Would they be a better solution to the environmental blight of supermarket carriers? » problem with biodegradable plastic?
