Most of the people, who are not following an organized way of working, usually jump from one activity to another activity without any prior planning. Usually these activities are not interrelated at all. The worst part is that the person picks up the task randomly without prioritizing them. If a person wants to be organized and optimize the use of time he/she needs to first analyze the work to be done. The best way to manage time is to first build a routine.
