Our team at Bark &Co have wide experience of Courts Martial both in UK and abroad including in areas of conflict such as Iraq. We also retain ex-military experience within the firm to ensure we can be sensitive and responsive to the unique circumstances affecting servicemen and women and their families, especially when they are serving abroad. The Services demand standards of discipline which are distinctive to the armed forces and which have penalties for conduct that would not attract the same action in civilian employment eg AWOL and disobeying a lawful command. This separate military justice system is very familiar to our team at Bark & Co where we adopt a policy of personal contact providing expert legal advice at the earliest stage of proceedings. When a service person is remanded for court martial they become eligible for Legal Aid. ACFLAA will, if requested, select a solicitor to represent them in this situation. But serving personnel also have the right and are encouraged to choose their own representative from the legal profession to assist in their defence case. This is where Bark & Co are at your service 24 hours a day.We at Bark & Co have an excellent track record representing military personnel, either through legal aid or on a private fee basis. Either way, you will receive the benefit of longstanding experience and familiarity with the military and we will engage the services of specialist barristers whenever necessary to fight your case to best effect.

Our client was acquitted by the Jury at Ipswitch Crown Court of his involvement in an alleged international boiler room fraud.
Two other defendants were sentenced at Ipswich Crown Court for running an illegal high pressure, share-pushing operation from call centres in Spain. Around 1,250 investors in the UK were persuaded to buy over £7 million worth of shares. Using their "Gordon Gekko" contract notes to complete the transactions, the team were alledged to have siphoned off around 80% of the invested funds. Craig Clark who was represented by Bark & Co. was acquitted by the jury of any wrongdoing. David Arthur Vidgeon(DOB 02/01/1980), a UK national resident in Spain was sentenced to seven years imprisonment. Rahul Natwar Patel(DOB 09/09/1975), a UK national resident in Spain was sentenced to seven years imprisonment. They were found guilty of conspiracy to defraud, contrary to Common Law, on 15 July. Three other defendants, Baldur Sigurdsson, Roland Pibworth (tried in absentia) and Craig John Clark were acquitted. Bark & Co Solicitors London News: Mr Kweku Adoboli Granted Bail

WASHINGTON – The current strong gains in hiring makes the Federal Reserve policymakers worried that it could buzz if the economic growth of the US doesn’t go up.
According to the Fed’s minutes on Tuesday, members were first stated their concerns before they make a plan to keep interest rates at record lows until at least late year 2014. However, some of the members want to take further procedures to improve the economy current status if a condition gets worse or inflation remains reclaimed. After the meeting, Fed presented the somewhat current view of the economy mainly because of the three consecutive months of hiring in two years. It was concluded that there have been similar raptures of hiring in the previous two years which ended up fading. On the speech echoed by the Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke last week in the economists gathering, the decline of the economy recovery was the main concern of Fed as it did last year.
