The Catalans’ seemingly endless enthusiasm for festivals and parties means that there’s scarcely a week in the year that doesn’t include at least a couple. Credit Suisse has hired Chris Gaertner from Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a high-ranking technology banker, the firm announced in an internal memorandum obtained by DealBook on Tuesday.
