UFC 132 was originally set to feature a rematch between B.J. Penn and Jon Fitch, but both were forced to withdraw because of injuries.
Evan Dunham was expected to face George Sotiropoulos at the event, but was forced off the card with an injury and replaced by Rafael dos Anjos.
Jason Miller was scheduled to face Aaron Simpson at this event. However, Miller was removed from the card after accepting a coaching position on The Ultimate Fighter 14, and replaced by Brad Tavares.
Cub Swanson was expected to face Erik Koch at this event, but was forced from the bout with an injury. Koch was instead moved to UFC Fight Night 25 to take on Jonathan Brookins.[8]
UFC 132 will feature two preliminary fights live on Spike TV, and the remainder of the preliminary bouts streamed on Facebook.

UFC 131: Dos Santos vs. Carwin is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on June 11, 2011 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia.

A bout between Junior dos Santos and Shane Carwin will headline the event. The winner of the fight is expected to face off against current UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez.Brock Lesnar was scheduled to fight Dos Santos after their coaching stint on The Ultimate Fighter 13, but due to a reoccurring illness he was replaced by Carwin. Originally, a matchup between Carwin and Jon Olav Einemo was scheduled for this event. Einemo will remain on the card and now be fighting Dave Herman, who was pulled from a matchup with Joey Beltran as a result. Beltran will now be matched up against Aaron Rosa.
